With over 30 years of summer camp, counseling and staff member experience, Jim Cain is one of the most unique adventure-based educators presenting working with summer camps, outdoor learning centers and challenge course programs in the world. His skills range from the traditional teambuilding and adventure-based learning program areas to staff unity and skill building, songleading, square dance calling, social recreation, boomerang throwing, model rocket launching, disc golf course construction and dozens of other valuable and sometimes surprising camp and outdoor skills. 
In a typical camp staff training program, Jim typically begins with the whole camp staff, building unity, community and connection in a 2-3 hour block. Afternoon sessions can be scheduled with specific program areas. For example, Jim has a variety of teambuilding activities that are perfect for the waterfront. For challenge course staff members, Jim can bring dozens of new initiatives, and the equipment to go with them. In the evening, Jim likes to lead social recreation events, such as song leading and recreational dancing, to reinforce the opportunity for building community throughout the program day.
